A HISTORIC VENUE REMADE WITH LOVE

"My favorite part of Gable Five is the twenty-seven solid oak doors made from the wood harvested from the house, wagon shed, and barn.  The history just speaks to me.  We've kept, saved, and reused every single piece of the rich wood in this historic place. Each piece has and tells a story."

Michael - Owner

Situated on 15 acres and surrounded by rolling farm fields, Gable Five was established in 1856 with the building of the historic Elias Pitzer home. Once a working dairy farm the buildings and fields now feature several outdoor ceremony areas, a wagon shed/bar area, and a two level dairy barn that has been completely renovated to meet the highest of standards while maintaining all of its original charm. From hello to farewell our desire is to make your special day the best experience of your lives.

WHY THE NAME GABLE FIVE?

A question we pondered for several years was what to name this special place.  Hundreds of names, notepads, and two years of ideas suddenly turned into a eureka moment...
